It consists of three bedrooms, an impressive living area and the adjoining Alster Parlor for private banquets or meetings up to 12 persons. One of the three bathrooms is equipped with a whirlpool and a flat screen, inserted in the mirror.

An espresso-machine, two BOSE hi-fi systems, a DVD player, two large flat screens, a multi-media PC with wireless keyboard and four data links for video conference as well as complimentary Wireless LAN and video on demand.
